Early access
Kodori is under active development. Features change. Data models evolve. We take uptime seriously but do not offer a formal SLA on the Early Access tier. Treat it as development-grade.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to store.
- Don't attempt to breach our security, other customers' tenants, or the integrity of the event log.
- Don't use Kodori to store or process material that violates US law or the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate.
Account suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate acceptable use, fail payment on paid tiers, or present a security risk to other customers. We preserve your data for 30 days in suspension so you can request export.
Ownership
You own your content. KumoKodo owns the Kodori software and platform. A grant-back clause for aggregated, de-identified operational metrics (latency, error rates, tool usage counts) is reserved.
No warranty during early access
Early Access is provided "as is." For the avoidance of doubt: no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose applies until you sign a paid contract with KumoKodo.
