Design partner program

The 8-week pilot. Half off. Founder access.

Mid-market regulated firms get 50% off the Business tier for 24 months in exchange for time, feedback, and a named technical lead. We never publish your logo without written sign-off.

Who fits

Mid-market regulated firms (legal, AEC, accounting, manufacturing QMS) sized 25-150 seats. Currently on iManage / NetDocuments / SharePoint / FileHold / Documentum / OnBase — or running a homegrown shared-drive setup. Looking to displace within 12 months.

What you commit

A named project sponsor (partner / GC / VP) and a named technical lead. ~6-8 hours of total time across the 8-week pilot for sponsor; ~20-30 hours for technical lead. One internal go/no-go decision at week 8.

What we commit

Direct Slack with the founder. Weekly written status update. Custom feature requests prioritized into the public roadmap with stack-decision rationale. Technical-safeguards review (HIPAA / 21 CFR Part 11) if applicable. Migration script tuned against your tenant if needed.

Pricing

50% off Business tier annual rate ($32.50/seat/mo with 10-seat minimum, locked for 24 months from contract date). No implementation fee. Cancel anytime in the first 90 days with full data export.

No logo requirement

Design partners DO NOT have to be public references. We never publish a customer logo or quote without written sign-off. The 50% discount + founder access is the trade for your time and feedback, not your marketing.

The 8 weeks

Pilot timeline.

  1. Week 0

Discovery call (45 min) — current DMS pain points, document volume, sensitivity classifications, retention requirements, who needs to sign off internally.

  2. Week 1

Tenant provisioned. Kickoff session walks owner + admin through the dashboard, /search, /audit, /retention, /legal-hold. Tenant-specific onboarding guide goes out.

  3. Weeks 2-3

Migration scoped against your incumbent (iManage / NetDocuments / SharePoint / FileHold). Connector probe runs, document counts confirmed, pilot-set selected (typically 1-2 matters or 1 project).

  4. Weeks 4-6

Pilot dual-write: documents flow into Kodori alongside the incumbent. Sensitivity tier auto-classification + collection rules tuned. Internal users start querying via /search and the agent.

  5. Weeks 6-8

Decision point — either expand to full migration with the rest of the matter / project set, OR document the gaps that would block a wider rollout (we close them on the public roadmap, you stay on the discounted tier through resolution).

Where you shape the roadmap

Four areas your input changes.

Vertical-specific extraction

AEC RFI / submittal / change-order parsers. Accounting AP-three-way / engagement-letter / K-1 parsers. QMS CAPA / change-control / training-attestation models. Real customer document samples drive the prompts.

Migration connector tuning

iManage connector is `status: beta` until the first real customer tenant runs. Same for NetDocuments and FileHold. Design partners get the field-tested version first.

Compliance evidence packets

/compliance/reports surface ships 5 pre-baked reports today; the next two land based on what design-partner auditors actually ask for during their first SOC 2 / 21 CFR Part 11 / FRCP discovery exhibit.

Cedar policy starter sets

D250 wired the Cedar SDK; the v1 schema covers most ABAC needs. Vertical-specific starter policies (e.g. "no associate accesses partner-marked-as-conflict matter without partner sign-off") drop in based on design-partner asks.
